RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Information on exercising the right of withdrawal and the model withdrawal form
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Natural persons concluding a contract directly related to their business activity are also entitled to this right of withdrawal, if it results from the content of this contract that it is not of a professional nature for these persons resulting in particular from the subject of their business activity, made available on the basis of the provisions on the Central Register and Information on Business Activity. Other entrepreneurs are not entitled to the right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall expire after 14 days from the day on which you take possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you takes possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Jakub Zawada Makza Shoes, Brody 710a, 34-130 Kalwaria Zebrzydowska, Poland, makza.shoes@gmail.com, telephone: +48 694 450 847 of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Effects of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the goods (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract. We will refund the payment using the same means of payment as you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any charges in connection with this refund.
We may withhold reimbursement until you have received the goods or until you provide us with proof of their return, whichever event occurs first.
Please send back or hand over the goods to us, immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You shall only be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from your use of the goods other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply to:
Contracts in which the object of performance is a non-refabricated good, produced to the consumer’s specifications or intended to meet the consumer’s personalised needs.
EXCHANGE
Goods received by the Consumer that do not meet expectations are also subject to exchange. The Consumer has the right to make an exchange for a different model or size within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The exchanged product together with the exchange form and proof of purchase should be sent back to the address:
